BG Rapper Net Worth: BG Rapper is an American hop-hop recording artist who has a net worth of $2 million. Born Christopher Dorsey on September 3, 1980 in New Orleans, Louisiana, he is also known by his stage name BG (rapper) or BG (short for Baby Gangsta or B. Gizzle).
BG began his musical career at the age of 12 when he signed with Lil’ Wayne (then known as Baby D) to Cash Money Records, together they were known as BG’z. The pair later formed Hot Boys (1997) with rappers Juvenile and Turk. In 2001, BG left Cash Money Records, claiming a financial dispute with owners Birdman and Ronald “Slim” Williams, and started his own record label, Chopper City Records. In November 2009, BG (Christopher Dorsey) was arrested in Covington, Louisiana, when police pulled him over in his Chevrolet Tahoe for a routine traffic stop. During a final search of the vehicle, police reportedly found three guns, two of which were reportedly stolen. There are also two gun clips, magazines and illegal drugs. He was eventually sentenced to 14 years in federal prison in July 2012.
