She was named WAC Mountain Player of the Year and became the leading scorer in WAC history. During her senior year, she received the Frances Pomeroy Naismith Award. She was inducted into the Colorado State University Sports Hall of Fame in 2004 and retired her No. 25 jersey in 2005. Instead of being drafted, she signed with the New York Liberty in 1999. During her WNBA career, she played with the Liberty from 1999 to 2006 and the San Antonio Stars from 2007 to 2014.
