Becky G is an American singer, songwriter, rapper and actor. She is known for her EP ‘Play It Again’, and her credits include Empire and Power Rangers. Becky G was born Rebecca Marie Gomez on March 2, 1997 in Inglewood, California. Her parents are Alejandra and Frank Gomez. She has three siblings, Frankie, Alex and Stephanie. Becky G also faced considerable hardship as a child. She reportedly lived in her grandparents’ converted garage when she was 9 years old. Becky G guest starred as “Valentina Galindo” in 2 episodes of the musical series Empire (2015). She plays “Trini Kwan” aka “The Yellow Ranger” in the upcoming superhero movie Power Rangers (2017).
