Between 1980 and 2003, she recorded 10 albums for Clive Davis’ Arista Records. Her 33rd album Who’s Zoomin’ Who? (1985), obtained platinum certification in the United States and Canada. It was led by the single “Highway of Love”, which ranked third on the Billboard Top 100 Singles chart. Franklin played a supporting role as “Mrs. Murphy” in the film Brothers of Blues (1980). The film is directed by John Landis, starring John Belushi and Dan Aykroyd.
