Adam Saleh is a Muslim-American actor, comedian, vlogger, model and rapper. He is best known for his prank videos and his huge fan base on YouTube. Saleh was born on June 4, 1993, in Brooklyn, New York, to Yemeni parents. He has a younger brother who also appears in some of his videos. Saleh attended Central Park East High School in Manhattan. He continued his education at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice.

Saleh started posting videos on the YouTube platform in 2012. Many of his videos feature his college friends Sheikh Akbar and Abdullah Ghuman. His videos often feature family members such as nieces Reema and Deena. Saleh’s main YouTube channel is “TrueStoryASA” and his vlog is “ASAVlogs”. He has over 15,000 subscribers and over 160 million video views. Some of his most viewed videos include “FERRARI PICK UP PRANK!”, “Praying in PUBLIC!”, “RACIAL PROFILING EXPERIMENT!” and “Hijab Experiment!”. He also has a large following on Instagram, Twitter and Google+.

Saleh made his “Jihad” debut in the comedy-action film Sharia in America (2015). The film is directed by stand-up comedian and actor Omar Regan. Saleh’s debut solo single “Tears” was released in August 2015. His sophomore single “Survivor” was released two months later. Other notable songs include “Another Day Tomorrow” and “Diamond Girl” starring Sheikh Akbar and Mumzy Stranger.

In December 2016, Saleh was reportedly kicked off a Delta Air Lines flight because he spoke Arabic on his phone on the plane.
