Achmanning is a retired professional football player with a net worth of US$10 million. Archie is probably best known for being the father of NFL champion quarterbacks Peyton Manning and Eli Manning. Archie and his wife Olivia also have a son named Cooper Manning. The eldest son Cooper is a partner in an investment company in New Orleans. Payton is the son in the middle. Eli Manning is the baby of the family.
Archie is also an NFL player. In his 13 seasons of professional career, Archie mainly played for the New Orleans Saints. He also briefly played for the Houston Oilers and Minnesota Vikings. Before entering the NFL career, Manning proved his potential with the Ole Miss Rebels football team at the University of Mississippi. In 1989, Archie was elected to the College Football Hall of Fame.

Elisha Archibald Manning III was born on May 19, 1949 in Drew, Mississippi. From a very young age, Archie has participated in various sports. This includes football, basketball and baseball. He joined the track team when he was still in high school. Although his father was mainly busy with work in his early years, his mother never missed his games-no matter what sports he participated in.
Despite Archie’s talent in football, he was selected four times in the Major League Baseball Draft. The teams that selected him included the Braves, the Royals and the White Sox-the latter selected him twice. In the summer of 1969, Archie found his father’s body. The man has committed suicide. At this time, the young athlete faced a difficult decision. He either dropped out of school to support his mother and sister, or continued to go to college and pursue a career as a football star. At the insistence of his mother, he chose the latter.
College football
Manning attended the University of Mississippi and became the starting quarterback for Ole Miss Rebels. This situation lasted for three years, during which time college football games began to be broadcast on national television for the first time. In the prime time of the first nationally broadcast college football game, Manning shot 436 yards, 3 touchdowns, and 104 yards rushing. Despite these achievements, Mississippi lost to Alabama.
Although Archie is clearly an excellent player, it is difficult for his teammates to keep up. This led to Archie’s rebel record during the three years of college quite disappointing. He threw a total of 4,753 yards and 31 touchdowns. In 1969 alone, he also ran 823 yards and scored 14 touchdowns.

He was selected by the New Orleans Saints, where he will spend the next ten seasons of his career. Unfortunately, nine of these ten seasons proved to be failed seasons.
