Jimmy Wopo is an American rapper. He is famous for “Elm Street”, “Walkn Bomb” and “Ayo”. Wopo was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on January 13, 1997, his original name is Travon Smart. He grew up in the Hill District. When he grew up, he was interested in music and football. Wopo attended a few schools, including The Academy Charter School. He dropped out of school in the 10th grade to focus on his rap career.

Jimmy Wopo passed away on June 18, 2018, at the age of 21. He was one of two victims in a car shooting in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He was hospitalized in a critical condition but died shortly afterwards. Wopo’s daughter Aubrey survived. The second unidentified victim is in a stable condition. Before his death, Wopo was shot and wounded on two different occasions. He also has multiple drug convictions. In 2017, the young rapper was sentenced to 2 months in prison for violating probation.
