OutDaughtered’s Danielle Busby defends frequent vacations with husband Adam
Danielle and Adam Busby took a weekend vacation to Fredericksburg to “finally” celebrate Danielle’s birthday with a large group of family and friends. Danielle Busby’s Instagram photo shows the couple hugging and group enjoying wine at a weekend wine tasting. The moments of joy captured in the ‘OutDaughtered’ mom’s feed and story have come with a huge disclaimer for fans.
“Cheers to us!” the caption begins, complete with a wine glass and a heart emoji. “Proud of how we made time to leave. These are normal, crazy busy days in our family, and I’m sure that resonates with most couples (no matter how many kids you have).” Danielle continued, “I know most People say ‘all you do is travel’ but let’s be honest…we did it [because] Our marriage is important to us, and we need these vacations,” she explained, clearly addressing the ongoing criticism.
She admits that some couples don’t have the luxury of planning a vacation, but urges them to “find your marriage journey”.She recommends being creative because at the end of the day “you don’t have to [be] A real trip. Danielle ended her presentation with some advice: “I would say try to find something outside the house…why?” ! [Because] There is a way [too] Lots of distractions and “to-do lists” keep you away [focusing] between us. “Perhaps fans will make sense of her point with this intimate acknowledgment.
